MLK Day Concert: Prophet PM

Born in LA and raised in Boston, singer songwriter Prophet Parker-McWhorter’s work is rooted in community and family tradition. A lead vocalist of PK and the Mighty Seven, McWhorter’s exuberant style engages audiences throughout New England. Prophet is also an educator, and was named the 2020 Educator/Mentor of the Year by the City of Boston, nominated for his work as a teacher and mentor to over 400 elementary school students, teaching both guitar and singing. Admission – no charge.
